Native Court Management System (NCMS) is a marriage registration system for non-Muslims under the jurisdiction of the Native Court of Sabah. The system is being developed in phases and is currently in Phase One of six. The main focus of this phase is to simplify the process of registration, data storage, and marriage scheduling through a digital platform, replacing the existing manual methods.
