BayuEvent is an official event invitation system for the Sabah state government, used to invite both VVIPs and regular civil servants. The system includes seating management, certificate generation, email invitations to staff using a formal protocol layout, QR code-based attendance, event reports, and RSVP response tracking. It is currently in the early stages of development and will continue to be upgraded over time to suit the needs of all state departments.
